I ...It's kind of hard to believe, isn't it? I love what you say about feeling free. I did a ton yesterday, too, and expected to be beat today but I'm not. Just energetic! And yeah, it's spring, but still... this is different. Another cool thing, my mom is 76 and has had rheumatoid arthritis for many years. She's been on the diet about a week, and was commenting that she's not craving anything, she isn't hungry. But the best thing, she said "I've been so clear-headed this week." After feeling fuzzy for a long time. Plus she called yesterday shocked because her blood pressure, after being a big big issue recently, was nearly normal when she checked it yesterday.
